Our commission formula is 9% + $1 or 15% whichever lower, means:
  o For product price or transaction amount >= $16.67, charge: 9% + $1
  o For product price or transaction amount <  $16.67, charge: 15%
This calculation will make sure that you get the lowest charge for any product price.
