One alternative is shopthings. I've been using them for some more complicated affiliate stuff that I can't do through regsoft and so far it's been ok. Their interface is a little hard to understand at times but support has been responsive.

I have done lot of research and have used (in the past) several e-commerce solutions including ccnow, 2checkout, paysystems, verotel etc. I believe you have the best system specially the ability to create a 7 level referral program instantly is wonderful.

But our software on Knexa.com is so difficult to find, many potential buyers will give up before they send in the order ! However, other sites have even worse ordering process.
