How to curl heat resistant hair

1.make sure to set your curling iron between 302-356Fahrenheit(150-180Celsius)
2.spray water on the hair
3.roll up the sectioned hair on iron and stay 6-9 seconds
4.put the curled hair on your palm and blow-cool it down with your month for 5-7 seconds
5.repeat step (2-4)until you desired style is achieved

How to straighten heat resistant hair
1.make sure to set your flat iron between 302-356Fahrenheit(150-180Celsius)
2.spray water on the hair
3.pick curled hair and comb through,then press and slowly slide it out the hair
4.put the straightened hair flat shape for few seconds
5.repeat step (2-4)until you desired style is achieved ,for better result we highly recommend the use of cream flat iron instead
