Shipment&Delivery:

We will arrange the shipment in 1-3 working days, once prodcuts out of stock we will communicate with the buyer immediately.

Every buyer should leave the correct receiver name, address, phone number and zip code, once the failure delivery because of the incomplete address or wrong address, we will not take any responsibility. 

All Russian and Ukraine Customers should leave full name and email address.

We accept drop shipping and we will not leave any sender\'s info on the package!!!

Delivery Time Note:

To UK, U.S.A, main European countries, and some Asian countries usually 2-3 weeks delivered.

To Russia and Ukraine usually 3-4 weeks can be delivered

To Brazil, Argentina, Chile, Africa and other remote countries usually 30-60 days delivery time.

Payment:

We accept alipay here. 

All major credit cards are accepted through secure payment processor ESCROW.

Warranty and Guarantee:

If you are not satisfied when you receive the item, please return it within 14 days for a replacement or money refund. Please contact me before you return it.

If item is defective in 3 months, we will send a replacement without extra charge, or offer refund after we receive the defective item.

If item is defective after 3 months, you can still send it back to us. We will send you a new one after receiving the defective item. But you have to pay the extra shipping fee.

Customs Duty Issue:

We are not responsible for any custom duty or import tax. 

We will declare the item as gift or sample and declare very low value on the shipping invoice, once still need to pay tax, it is not our responsibility.
