During Christmas or Other Festivals maybe 5-7 days later. Delivery time depends on destination and other factors, it may takes up to 35 business days.

1.  When you place an order, please choose a shipping method and pay for the order including the shipping fee. We will send the items within 1-3 days once your payment is completed.

2.  We do not guarantee delivery time on all international shipments due to differences in customs clearing times in individual countries, which may affect how quickly your product is inspected.

3.  Please note that buyers are responsible for all additional customs fees, brokerage fees, duties, and taxes for importation into your country. These additional fees may be collected at time of delivery.

4.  We will not refund shipping charges for refused shipments.

5.  The shipping cost does not include any import taxes, and buyers are responsible for customs duties.

        Shipping may influenced by holidays, events and other uncertainties. We could not guarantee the arrival time. If you dislike the seemingly long shipping time, please be aware. We don\'t want to get a negative or neutral or a low DSR score only because of the shipping time.

1.   If you\'re unhappy with your purchase for any reasons, simply return it un-opened within 15 days of receipt and we will refund the full amount.

2.   Returns are only offered if the item is returned to us in its unworn, original condition with the hygiene sticker fully intact.  Buyers are responsible for paying their own return postage fees.

3.   Exchanges will be sent out when buyers pay the re-shipping cost.

4.   All buyers could be place a small note with their returned item, stating their website username, full name and address.

5.   A notification will be sent to you once your returned item is received and another once your refund/exchange has been processed.
The above conditions do not apply to wrong/faulty items sent out.  In the rare event this should happen, all charges will be covered by ourselves and exchanges will be sent out immediately provided buyers contact us beforehand.
