3. Q: What\'s lead time and shipping time? 

    A: All our orders will be processed within 48 hours, you can see the tracking information updated within 72 hours. 

        Shipping Time: Malaysia Post/DHL Parcel/Hong Kong Post: Around 15-45 Working Day.

        If you choose DHL, FedEx, EMS, UPS the shipping will be faster, usually 5-10 working days.

4. Q: How can I make a big wholesale order & payment?

5. Q: How about import customs fee?

    A: Please pay attention: Our sales will declare the value as customer\'s require normally. If not, the goods will be Declared items will be described as “gift” or “cosmetics sample”. 

        For orders less than 30$, the declared value will be less than $10 to avoid tax. For orders over 30$ the declared value will be 60% of the order value to minimize tax.

       Import duties, taxes and charges are not included in the item price or shipping.

       For large orders, please check with your country customs office to determine what these additional cost will be prior to bidding/buyying and confirm if you have good customs clearance solution.

      If the goods were turned back or destroyed for unable customs-clearance, the related cost will be paid by customers.

6. Q: Is there any color difference/ aberration & nail edge chipped problem of your color nail gel products?

  A: Yes, we may have color difference problem! Please check the following details:

       Due to different applying/brushing times, displayer showing and photo light etc effect, CANNI Nail Gel may have the color different issue.

       Our company adopt DELL brand displayer with IPS Panel for color proof. If you view our color gel by other brand displayer, there may be a little color difference.

       We normally brush two layers for making the color palette, if you only brush one layer, the color will be lighter. 

       The final color will be subject to our company\'s real color palette. We have made multiple color inspection way to ensure the color consistency, please purchase trustfully.

       For edge chipping, please don\'t forget to seal your nail edge when brushing our base coat & topcoat, that\'s importance for avoid chipped edge and making your nail gel lasting longer time.
