Shipping:

1) We ship all of our items world-wide by China post air mail , EMS,or E-Packet, DHL, Fedex.

2) Shipping by China Post Registered Air Mail(weight is under 2kg )is for free, usually it takes 10-30 days to arrive. Shipping by Commercial Express will be charged the shipping fee. It takes 5-15days to arrive. It may take longer due to delay in custom clearance or holidays or weather problem.

3) Your item will be sent out after the website verified the payment in 24 hours. The handing date is 1-5 working days. We will send the items out within 7 days once your payment is completed.

4) Please kindly note the shipping cost does NOT include any imiport taxes. We are not responsible for all additional custom fees, duties and taxes for import to your company. These additional fees may be collected at time of delivery if possible.

Payment:

All the payment is protected by Escrow, and your full payment should be received within 3 days. Payment is only released after you confirm the delivery.

Returns:

We offer full refund or resend goods if we sent you by mistake or you didn’t receive your goods or damaged during the transit.

We will also refund you if you return the items within 15 days of your receipt of the items for any reason. The buyer should be charge for the shipping fees of returning the item. 

However,items must be returned in its original and unused condition & must also be in its original box and packing.

If the items are damaged or lost when they are returned, the buyer will be responsible for such damage or loss, and we will not give the buyer full refund. The buyer should try to file a claim against logistic company for recovery.
